The fur coat was neatly put away in a special case, where it hung until the fall, periodically airing it, waiting for it to be published)) In October, I came across an article about what a mink coat should be, and then my purchase completely disappointed me (((inspecting the fur coat more carefully, I found unstitched seams, holes all over the fur coat, the fur had settled down, bald patches appeared on the shoulder seams, in general there was a Chinese mink, “handicraft” production. In November I went to take it in.

They took the fur coat, we were sent to demand the return of our money.....to the bank, let me clarify, the loan at the time of delivery of the goods to the store was not repaid in full, as a consumer, when returning the goods, I have the right to demand the full cost of the product from the store, because the bank has already transferred money to them on my behalf, explaining this to the administrator Yuna, I heard addressed to myself: “don’t poke your nose into our affairs with the bank and generally get out of here, I’m already tired of you!!!!! You can sue, you will still lose!!!! But we are not timid and touchy people, we immediately wrote a claim, in two copies, asking the same Yuna to put a seal and signature on ours. The store continued to insist on our termination of the agreement with the bank, after which I would have already lost the interest I paid for this time.

Less than ten days have passed since I received a response to my claim, where the store agrees with the return, although they already have the fur coat, there is a signature on the purchase and sale agreement, the product is accepted for a refund, with the same requirements to terminate the contract with the bank, although this is where they shouldn’t be concerned about my relationship with the bank!!!! Well, no, no, you'll have to go to court.

I filed a claim with the court to terminate the purchase and sale agreement, return the money for the fur coat, and a penalty for failure to fulfill the requirements on time, plus compensation for moral damage, as a defense I applied to the ROZPP, the defendant’s representative attended court hearings regularly ))) where he continued to insist on his own. So on May 6, a court decision was made in my favor, now instead of the cost of the fur coat, they owe me three times more. Well, here they don’t want to return the money; to appeal the court decision, they are given one month from the date of announcement, and of course they file an appeal on the last thirtieth day))).
