In the summer, I got the idea to buy myself a fur coat, taking advantage of the fact that many sellers offer discounts. I was very happy to find the Daniel factory website because the cute fur coats were sold at a very reasonable price. I read the reviews. There were good ones, there were bad ones. Fifty fifty. But I decided to order, ordered, paid. Unfortunately, this is where the good part of the story ends.
The factory did not meet the stated deadlines. I didn’t really count on this, because in our country, contractual terms are generally a relative concept. BUT, violating the deadlines, the factory did not even think about informing me about this. I called several times to find out when my order would be ready. I was NEVER given a specific date. Considering that a lot of money for a fur coat is transferred to the account of an individual, the buyer, if the factory refuses to fulfill its obligations, will not have the opportunity to return the money back. At some point, the thought occurred to me that I had become a victim of fraud. BUT... the fur coat still came to me...
...The fur coat finally came to me, but its appearance did not please me at all. I was looking for a fitted option. But apparently they forgot to “make a waist” on my model. Individual pieces of fur are inconsistent with each other in the direction of the pile, the seams are noticeable, so the fur coat, instead of a solid product, gives the impression of a patchwork quilt. I complained to the manager, to which she advised me to hang my fur coat on a hanger. Allegedly, after hanging, the fur will lie as it should and the fur coat will look good. That’s what I did, but after several months in the closet on a hanger, all the “patches” remained in place. I feel very uncomfortable in this fur coat, because it looks very sloppy, clumsily sewn.
The fur coat is very cold. I ordered a fur coat with insulation. The manager promised me that in this case I would not freeze even in the Siberian frosts. Today I died from the cold after walking fifty meters from home to a stop in this fur coat at minus 19. Either the insulation is not the same, or the hands that sewed it on are not the same.

They do not bear any responsibility for non-fulfillment of the order, they answer questions only unsubscribes, it turns out that they don’t have fur of the required quality!!! What a “FACTORY”!!! The order is delayed not only from me, but also from my friend and other people (judging by the comments on my complaints). From that moment on, I began to be completely disappointed.
Firstly, getting through to a consultant is a real success. They picked up the phone only after the third time, but said they would call back within 10 minutes. Well, I was in no hurry, I looked through the catalog, chose a few more models, but neither after 10 minutes nor after an hour there was a call.
I called again, they answered the phone faster, the consultant introduced herself as Galina.
I started asking her my questions about quality, about timing, but the answers I received were extremely vague and contradictory; I got the impression that the person on the other end of the line was answering me who had never seen a fur coat in his life.
When I started asking about determining the size and how to take measurements correctly, they openly began to raise their voices at me. This was the last straw, I myself worked in sales for several years, but I never allowed my client to raise my voice, even if he was openly rude to me.
Finally, after hanging up, I realized that I definitely didn’t want to buy a fur coat in such a place, it was better to pay a little more, but get quality service. I make almost all my purchases online, but this is the first time I’ve encountered this.
I hope my review will be read by someone who is competent in this kind of problem and will take action, since I believe that the consultant sitting on the phone, in this case, is the face of the company, and he should attract clients, and not repel them.

In life, everything is exactly the opposite: a fur coat made of spreading fur arrived (mink with suede, model 514/6). A fur coat 85 cm long weighs 2 kg 300 g! The strips of fur were joined inaccurately; immediately after trying on, I found three holes (the same suede, thin as paper, had spread). The style is not straight, as stated, but vaguely bubbly, hanging like a bag. The belt loops and button loop are made of a simple thin round elastic band (12 rubles per meter), simply tied from the inside with a knot (!). One hook is pierced askew. The most unpleasant thing is that no one even thought to apologize to me (if this was a really good factory, the reaction would have been immediate). I immediately sent the fur coat to the manufacturer, since I didn’t even have time to go outside in it. They returned my money, but they refused to refund me for shipping. The whole epic took almost three months... Their public offer, by the way, contains conditions that contradict the Law on Consumer Rights - read carefully, since they only provide a guarantee of 7 (seven!!!) days. If on the eighth day your fur coat is torn, they will refuse to return your money. Then, the discounts indicated on the website are a big deceit. They simply add 10,000 on top, and then make “discounts” - for the epic return, my fur coat cost on the website 30,500, and 38,500 and... The manager asked me to leave a review about the fur coat on the factory’s website, but it is not published there, so I’m writing here - honestly I keep my promise.

The only thing was that the top button was poorly sewn and in such a way that a terrible lump of fur formed under the chin, but this was easily corrected and did not cause any negativity. In winter 2021, one of the hooks was replaced because it was broken. I gave the fur coat to a master who cleans and sews fur, when he returned the product, I was additionally warned that the fur coat was of very low quality, as the skins were overdried, as a result of which the seams on the front strips came apart, he repaired them and I forgot about it. In vain... I wore a fur coat from your factory for the first time this winter today, the winter is warm and there was no need to wear it. I walked in it from the car to the building in literally 4 minutes at -30 degrees below zero and my back and arms in my shoulders were freezing. When I came home and looked at the fur coat carefully, I saw that at the seams on the back and sleeves it simply “broke”, dried out and cracked, causing holes to form!!!! Of course, I was very upset, the fur coat had been stored in a case all the time since 2014 in the closet, there was no need to give it away for cleaning. I think it's just a low-quality product.
