The fur coats are not bad, I chose them, I liked them, I wanted to buy them, but I was faced with a discouraging situation: the seller took me to Tatyana Efremovna Dorozhkina’s office (the owner, apparently, prefers to count customers in person), my husband and I went into the office, she: “what?” we: “they say we want to buy your fur coat”, she: “where is the money?”, I show the card: “here”, she, indignantly: “oh they also have a card!!!” Me: “Why don’t you accept cards?” she: “I accept cards, but for such payments they charge me interest, come on guys, go to the bank, withdraw money and bring it in cash, there’s a bank two tram stops away.” We tried to argue, like it’s cold, it’s snowing, and it’s a weekend evening, the bank may already be closed, and we’re on foot, and the ATM has a cash dispensing limit per day, after all, the amount is not small - 200 thousand, but Dorozhkina insisted that we rushed to the bank. To be honest, we were taken aback by such “unobtrusive service”, spat and went home “slurping.” After all, when you’re working hard to earn money, you want to spend it easily, without additional conditions! This is the first time I have encountered such a subtle “sales technique” when a client who is ready to immediately pay a lot of money is treated so rudely :) I ended up buying a fur coat no worse than elsewhere

Before choosing Tatiana Dorozhkina’s factory, I monitored ALL the factories and studios in Moscow that work in sable and mink. I looked at the finished work and the prices for tailoring. I ordered a sable jacket made from a factory. The work of the masters is PERFECT! (ladies of the old Soviet school - they work conscientiously). The sable was wild, the same color, but slightly different in tone. Very good dressing, fur placement (excellent work by the furrier), the difference in the skins in the finished fur coat is absolutely not visible. The fur coat was sewn with suede stitching; the stitching is not visible at all, my product looks like a single piece of cloth. The fit is perfect, no seams are visible. The shoulders, the collar - everything is done very beautifully, nothing sticks out (although the fur is very fluffy). The number of skins was clearly calculated and met. Excellent work by master Svetlana, who worked with me, she immediately selected the model and patterns. While they were taking my measurements, I took a closer look at the ready-made mink fur coats - the tailoring is perfect, the quality of the fur is good, the prices are average (100-200 rubles), the models are different, interesting, “not feminine”, the quality is no worse second fur, the prices are an order of magnitude better. While I was going to the fittings, I took a closer look at the fur skins - they were also of good quality. The finished fur coat fully met my wishes, even better. The sewing process was under the control of Tatyana Efremovna herself, practical advice was given, she agreed with them (I was used to trusting the opinions of professionals) - she did not regret it. The factory team did an EXCELLENT job!!! I'm completely satisfied with the fur coat! I recommend it to everyone!!!

And I found 2 bald spots under my arm, one the size of a penny, the other smaller. Showed it to the sellers. They made dissatisfied faces and said that, of course, you can be capricious, but these are not bald spots, and we will comb them now. But no matter how you scratch your bald spot, hair won’t grow back!!! I asked if there was another coat like that. They told me that there are no more. My friend thought that since we were at the factory, maybe they would offer to sew another fur or a sleeve, or even sew the same fur coat, but no, the dissatisfied faces of the sellers, and the unspoken, but hanging in the air, phrase from the times of Soviet trade “don’t want to, Do not take". I had to leave with nothing.
