Cinemas, concert halls and circuses, children's playrooms and entertainment centers, day camps and other recreational facilities for minors, including in parks and shopping and entertainment centers, will be closed. Zoos will only be accessible to outdoor areas.
Prohibitions do not apply to organizations whose activities cannot be limited in accordance with Decree of the President of Russia dated May 11, 2021 No. 316.
“Organizations and individual entrepreneurs have the right to maintain the presence at their facilities of security officers and workers who maintain these facilities and support processes that cannot be suspended taking into account their technological features. Also, employees who calculate and pay salaries can go to work,” the regional government reported.
The provision of public services on government premises is suspended, with the exception of death registration. The deadlines for them will be extended by 14 calendar days. It will be possible to receive services electronically.
In kindergartens there will be duty groups for children whose parents (legal representatives) work in organizations and individual entrepreneurs whose activities have not been suspended.
